Energy Center at N.C. A&T to Offer K-12 Teachers Workshops
The Center for Energy Research and Technology (CERT) at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, began its annual energy education series workshop for K-12 teachers, June 21-22.  CERT developed modules around energy specific concepts that directly tie-in to Guilford County Schools stem curriculum,” dealing with heat transfer, energy conversion, energy
 generation.  CERT regularly engages Guilford County Schools teachers and students in multiple capacities through the school year, including its annual energy day, which draws over 2,000 students to campus, as well as Energy-Wise program, focused on energy consumption reduction throughout local schools.  Video
